| 1. If march was too cold to do so, plant those spring bulbs now, for summer blooms. |
| 2. The lawn needs to be aerated, top dressed and fertilized. Include something to keep those dandelions in check before they flower and take over the world. And while you're up close and personal, check for leather jackets, and treat if required. Overseed any bare or worn patches in the lawn. |
| 3. Cedar hedges could use of boost of 30-10-10. |
| 4. Enjoy the beauty of early-blooming shrubs but don't forget to prune them once flowering is done. |
| 5. Divide late-blooming perennials. |
| 6. Continue to uncovering tender perennials and roses gradually. |
| 7. Graft if sap is running. |
| 8. Sow or plant early hardy vegetables that didn't go out in March. |
| 9. Sow tender annuals in greenhouse -tomatoes, peppers, petunias, etc. |
