A larger, earthier mushroom.


Taste Profile: Its stem is thick, white and edible. BC grown Portabella mushrooms have a very memorable, rich and meaty texture and flavor, which it retains even after cooking.

How to Serve: Can be eaten raw or cooked. They make a great substitute for white mushrooms. Fantastic in salads, soups and stews.

Storage: Keep mushrooms refrigerated in a paper bag for up to 5 days.
