Grilled or boiled, they are a tender and tasty potato.
Local grown white nugget potatoes are picked early before they have reached maturity and size. They’re selected and sorted for uniform size and shape before they reach the stores. Nuggets have a thin parchment-like skin and a delicious, firm flesh. Nugget potatoes need very little preparation, no peeling is necessary, just a light rinse.
They are excellent when steamed, boiled or pan-fried and are exceptional served cooked & cold in salads.
